What was even more significant of the evening is the announcement and celebration of our newest GEM DIRECTOR, TOTAL LIFE CHANGES, Mrs Allison Murrell-Ali.  Allison is a success story on her own.  She was been committed to the process from day one.  Nothing really happening in her business at the beginning, but she kept coming out, meeting after meeting, training after training.  She always kept her efforts high and her spirits high.  And what is noteworthy about her process, was the fact that she remained connected to leadership, and remained COACHABLE.  It is a joy to see Allison RANKED UP TO DIRECTOR, and her journey of success indeed has now begun.
