Well so it so indeed was, a night of refocusing and getting the energies correct as we move into the second period of the year 2016.

Last evening was powerful, inspirational, direct, and certainly a reminder of the GEM Values as we deal with our challenges but hold our vision forefront all ahead of us.  So we are here...we are fired up...we are ready...we are excited...we are dedicated.  And we move to the next level.  In order to grow, we have to be PRUNED, and the dead branches burnt in fire.  Let our purity and dedication take us forward now to the new level.
