OCTOBER SHIFT 2016
To all networks and teams, good evening.
The I BELIEVE Event that was just concluded in many ways was more than just an event or a show. For the last full year, we held on diligently to our vision and mandate while we grew as a team and experienced a journey that had many challenges but produced many achievements as well. And so, as we embrace and move forward to our second year as a team, I BELIEVE represented a an endorsement of our process and in many ways, a very high validation of who we are and what we are set to do. It was in fact the launch of our second year, with new teams on board, new members, developing leaders, and continued steadfastness of our existing membership, all motivated by one vision, by one goal and one mission, which is to empower families and ordinary people for success and financial freedom.
This vision we are seeing it morph in so many ways to so many different but relevant applications but all achieving the same. We've seen MOMS ON A MISSION, 1000 FAMILIES, 1000 MEN, 1000 MOMS, GENERATION GEMS UNDER 30 YOUNG MILLIONAIRE MOVEMENT, all these variations taking on their own for of substance and relevance. I am so happy and proud of the teams, the leaders, and all the members who have decided to OWN THIS process and make things happen for them.
And now as we move out of the last event that validation our journey and leadership thus far, let us now embrace the demand of the next level...the new phase, PHASE 2. As many of you already know, EVENTS BUILD THE BUSINESS. Because they give us a time period to embrace and work with as we push the network higher. And this regard, we look forward to the whole Caribbean region coming together for TLC CARIBBEAN BLAST OFF 2017, January 28th.
However, we are going to build towards this. October, November, December and January. Four months to really break tlc barriers. We will do and accomplish things we have never seen nor done before., and we start this process now

Our process begins with this month's shift of our flagship meetings. Understand right now that if I were to describe in one word the month of October, I would say it's a month of SHIFT. Friends, we are in a major Shift. The weekly meetings for this month at a flagship level have been postpone,and now combined to one Flagship meeting in the month, OCTOBER 22nd at the more spacious and luxurious Auditorium of Bureau of Standards. This meeting will take the former of presentation and training for all our teams, as we conclude the month and assess where we are on many different levels, and at the same time, launching all our new members with the same process and system, with our value systems and philosophy, and with our drive. This monthly meeting is not a venture to miss or to be taken slightly. It also creates the platform to combine all our winning attitudes and energies as we rock out to the next level.
What happens now weekly?
This gives everyone to room to be locked on to more home parties, one on one's, webinars, hangouts, launch calls, and to mobilize and engage everyone in the process with the theme, THE SHIFT - TAKING OWNERSHIP.
THE SHIFT - TAKING OWNERSHIP.
We always say that you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. You have to now come to the point and own your process of success. Each leader will be calling each member of the team and as we learnt through CALENDAR TRAINING, PLUGGING EVENTS, each leader will be plugging in events for you to build momentum across the board, to have a greater surface area spread and reach of weekly team events and daily activities. People who come up to the fore are people who have decided to TAKE OWNERSHIP for themselves.
Now can you imagine this: As we build all members through events and activities, every day every week, the meeting now we will have, YOUR FLAGSHIP MEETING, where your Upline resides, the level of explosion, energy, edification and excitement will be too much to contain, pushing the process once again forward. This is needed, as we expand our surface e reach to all members and we congregate to train, teach, edify and expose the business, building towards BLAST OFF 2017.
So already for this week, hone parties should be planned and hangouts already scheduled. If you have not yet done so, please be open and humble so that we can work with you in this regard to get you moving and pumping this whole month.
BREAK DIRECTORS THIS MONTH AND REQUALIFY your rank and RANK up... All these only possible through aggressive progressive activity and focus.
Do not lose heart, it's movement time and mash up the place time. Get Reay for blast off in January. Tickets will be available in our Monthly meeting on October 22nd. D not wait till close to the function to get yours. TLC IS GONNA BE ESTABLISHED IN TRINIDAD AND THE CARIBBEAN. This is why we are going to BLAST OFF. And at that stage, we cross the stage with our focus and belief, with our new ranks achieved. In the meantime, we will put in the work.
